Nožica pointed out that everyone is waiting for the decisions of the court in France about what will happen with the Sky cases, but that the suspects must not suffer the consequences of that waiting.
Prosecutor Džermin Pašić reacted to Senka Nožica's statement that the prosecutors are also waiting for a decision on whether the Sky evidence is legal, saying that the Prosecution is not waiting for a decision from France, but that they have all the decisions pointing to the legality of the Sky evidence.

This is a man who is close to Zlatko Lagumdžija, the former leader of the SDP, who is now being tried by certain structures, like a torn rag, to hold up to Nermin Nikšić so that the Eight would propose him as director.
And Džuvo, as an old intelligence officer prone to deception and fraud, wants to portray himself as a serious candidate for this position through certain media with spin-regime tricks, with the story that he is an experienced police officer.

However, in one of the two strongest leadership parties, the future authorities certainly have objections to Džuvo's almost 12 years of work, and they are concerned with the fact that, as is heard, key evidence of the killing and mistreatment of civilians under the JCE has disappeared.
That is why there are those who claim that Dragan Čović and the HDZ BiH stand behind Džuvo, supposedly the most serious candidate, with very precise reasons and a desire to repay him.
The key point here is that, although Džuvo abuses Murphy by claiming that he has his support, Murphy, who rightly follows a legalistic course in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a respected diplomat, can hardly go against the will of his government and even more difficult can he knowingly violate the Law on ISA which eliminates Džuvo and other džuvo's from getting the agency's decades-long megapower.
That is why it is important that after the candidate status, the BiH Council of Ministers, which appoints the directors of ISA, raises the bar of legality and ends illegal behavior in the work of the intelligence service.

It is interesting that in 2014, the CIA asked Džuvo to leave the position of director of ISA because he was in a technical mandate for a year and a half, and in total he was in the position of director for 11.5 years. Then it was suggested to the authorities that BiH does not need a new "Hoover" case.
Džuvo had the respect of Western agencies and the CIA, but the US government put democratic principles first. Then a deal was made with the help of local security authorities for Džuvo to go to Brussels and settle his existence in the most correct way.
He was the only head of the intelligence service in the world with two citizenships, because, apart from BiH passport, he also has a Croatian passport, although he was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On February 28th, 1992, the first Constitution of the RS was adopted, which is the basis that still exists today. The high representative also intervened on that - said Dodik.

The Embassy of the United States of America in Bosnia and Herzegovina reacted to the decision of the President of the RS Milorad Dodik to honor Vladimir Putin.
Dodik awarded Putin with the Order of the Republika Srpska on a necklace because "he is responsible for developing and strengthening cooperation and political and friendly relations between the RS and Russia."
- Milorad Dodik's decision to bestow an award on Vladimir Putin, the man who launched an unprovoked invasion of Ukraine that has resulted in the death of thousands of civilians and the massive destruction of infrastructure, was reprehensible. It was a repudiation of the values of the Euro-Atlantic community and the rules-based international order. 
Likewise, Mr. Dodik's decision to celebrate the Day of Republika Srpska on January 9 is illegal. It violates the BiH Constitutional Court decision that the commemoration is unconstitutional. Article III(3) of the Dayton Constitution is clear: the Republika Srpska must fully comply with the decisions of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the final and binding ruling of the BiH Constitutional Court, whether RS authorities like them or not. The calls for RS independence repeated yesterday coupled with specious legal claims about its competencies and attempts to undermine the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina are pushing the country down a dangerous path. The Republika Srpska will only destroy itself and those around it pursuing the will-o-wisp of independence - it was stated from the US Embassy.

The commemoration of the unconstitutional day of the RS once again fuels tensions and provokes public indignation, which rightly wonders why for years, without any legal consequences, the regime in the smaller BiH entity does not respect the decisions of the highest judicial institution in the country.

The decision to hold Dodik's parade this year in East Sarajevo brought additional concerns.


- Police agencies in the territory of the FBiH strengthened controls, above all the SC MUP. After the conversation with the commissioner, we have no knowledge that there could be incidents when it comes to this shameful day and unconstitutional celebration in the smaller BiH entity. I sincerely hope that there will be no violation of public order and peace, but the police is ready to react at any moment - Federal Minister of the Interior Aljoša Čampara told "Avaz".
The SC MUP is in contact with other cantonal and other police agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as with ISA, in accordance with protocols related to high-risk events.

In addition to the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Čampara also expects reactions from international institutions tasked with protecting the Dayton Agreement, and thus the Constitution of BiH. BiH's path towards EU and NATO integration, he adds, is a guarantee that those responsible will be prosecuted.
- After the high representative passed the Law on the Prohibition of Genocide Denial, in which anyone who does it is threatened with imprisonment, you saw that such rhetoric was reduced. That's why domestic and international institutions, including EUFOR and the high representative, can act, so that we don't have to wait for the unconstitutional 9th of January to be celebrated every year. We should not meet them. If we fell for war-mongering policies, it would be the biggest gift to the regime that is doing this now – said Čampara.

After the announcement of the blockade of traffic towards East Sarajevo, Čampara met with representatives of veterans' associations a few days ago, after which such protests were cancelled.
Čampara supports and justifies the indignation of veterans' and other associations, but believes that any non-institutional action is not recommended.
- We jointly asked the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, as the only institution that should deal with this issue, and that can and should, to sanction those who work against the decisions of the Constitutional Court - pointed out Čampara.

The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a final verdict acquitting Dževad Salčin of war crimes committed in 1993 in the village of Vrce, municipality of Konjic, lawyer Kerim Čelik, who represented Salčin, confirmed for the "Avaz" portal.

Earlier, the Supreme Court of FBiH annulled the first-instance verdict of the Cantonal Court in Mostar in this case.
Salčin was accused of having, as a member of the "Zuka unit" of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, participated in the attack on the village of Vrce, municipality of Konjic, during which HVO prisoners and a civilian were used as human shields, and an old woman from the village was killed. 
Dževad Salčin was previously acquitted of charges of war crimes in the village of Trusina by the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
