Nebojša Vukanović, a member of the Republic of Srpska National Assembly, was arrested this morning at around 10:30 AM in Trebinje after filming judges in the town while they were sitting in a restaurant.
He was released after being arrested and questioned by the police.
As he himself wrote on his blog, Vukanović met judges of the Basic and District Courts Milan Bosić and Bojan Stević in the city and tried to "line them up", that is, to force them to leave cafe and go to work.
- What are you doing in the cafe at 10:30 AM. Go to work! Now! When did you come to work today? - Vukanović asked the judges, adding later that the citizens give them 4,500 KM a month to drink coffee in the middle of working hours.
When asked why they are not working today, in the middle of working hours, they did not want to answer him. What's more, one of them replies, "Did the madness catch you again? A change of weather must be the reason."
In a ten-minute video, Vukanović yells at judges for "reluctance and dishonesty." See more in the video.
