At the beginning of the HJPC session, a discussion took place regarding the meeting that HJPC President Halil Lagumdžija held with Muriz Memić and his lawyer Ifet Feraget.

HJPC member Davor Martinović pointed out that he was a little bothered because this is the second meeting of the HJPC president with the Memić family.

- On the other hand, the same person attacked the vice president of this Council in the gathering in front of people and cameras. I don't think that's good. The question is whether we will hold meetings with everyone who is damaged.It must be known what our competence is - said Martinović.

He also asked what was happening with the disciplinary procedure against the President of the Court of B&H, Ranko Debevec, and since some media reported that a decision had been made in this procedure.

The President of the HJPC, Lagumdžija, explained that the practice is that after the conclusion of the hearing, the decisions are not published, but are sent to the parties in the procedure.

On this occasion, HJPC member Srđan Forca pointed out that he believes that it is not a good practice to admit parties in the procedure to meetings.

HJPC member Mustafa Šabić thinks that it is good that President Lagumdžija received Mr. Memić and his lawyer.

- You have to be very careful because every word can be interpreted differently. But it is good that you received them - Šabić pointed out.

HJPC member Sanin Bogunić noted that Mr. Muriz Memić is not a party to the proceedings.
