Mustafa Šabić, judge of the Supreme Court of the Federation, Jadranka Stanišić, judge of the Supreme Court of RS and lawyer Duška Blagojević scheduled a session of the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission for Judges of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council in the case against Ranko Debevec, President of the Court of B&H, Avaz portal has learned.

-Regarding your inquiry, we would like to inform you that, after the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC B&H) made a decision on the request for exemption of one member of the commission in disciplinary proceedings against the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the conditions for the continuation of the work of the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission have been met and it has started working - it was said from the HJPC in response to our inquiry.

We find out that Debevec asked for Blagojević's exemption, but it was rejected.

They were appointed three weeks ago through the Automatic Disciplinary Case Management System (DKCMS) and will decide on the UDT's appeal that the severely compromised President of the Court Debevec, although he was in numerous scandals, inappropriate meetings, threats to prosecutors, journalists, the HJPC commission only publicly reprimanded him in the disciplinary proceedings against him for several disciplinary offenses.

One of them is inappropriate contact with Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA), last year, on the day when the Prosecutor's Office of B&H filed a new indictment against Osmica in the "Security Checks" affair.

The session comes at a time when a shocking video was released in which Mehmedagić asks Gordana Tadić, the chief state prosecutor, to influence the prosecutor in the "Diploma" case.
