The Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ISA) has initiated the procedure of expertise of the illegally recorded conversation between the Director General of ISA Osman Mehmedagić and the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H Gordana Tadić, the ISA announced.

The ISA states that the expertise will be done in order to determine who recorded the meeting of the leaders of the two state institutions in the premises of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, and that they will request the engagement of authorized experts from the European Union.

- A disciplinary report will be sent to the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the HJPC B&H, as well as a criminal report for illegal wiretapping and audio recording of persons who have access to classified information. ISA B&H strictly adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in its work, and that is why we once again call on the competent institutions, excluding the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, to urgently investigate this crime - it is stated from ISA.

However, the law strictly stipulates that expertise may be performed only by authorized court experts by order of the Court of B&H, and at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.

Also, ISA has no police authority and that is more of a reason and an indication that Mehmedagić wants to obstruct the legal investigation.

That is why he immediately started an expert examination before the Court, the Prosecutor's Office and authorized court experts.
