A session of the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission of the HJPC B&H in the proceedings against the Chief State Prosecutor Gordana Tadić is underway.

We remind yout that, by the decision of the First Instance Commission, she was relieved of her duties as the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, which she appealed against.

This Commission found on 26th of July that Tadić had committed disciplinary offenses of negligence in the performance of her official duties and failure, for unjustified reasons, to comply with the decisions, orders or requests of the Council.

- She was disciplined to be transferred from the position of Chief Prosecutor to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H - it is stated in the decision of the First Instance Commission.

The lawsuit filed against Tadić by the Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office alleges that she disregarded the Council's obligations and orders to assign Prosecution cases to prosecutors through an automated distribution system (TCMS). In addition, it was stated that as a head of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, by applying the provisions of the Law on Protection of Classified Information, she failed to initiate personal security checks of staff of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H handling classified information, as well as the Council's order that all judicial institutions in B&H and the measures of the said Act.

However, the question is, what will the Second Instance Commission for Prosecutors, which consists of Sanin Bogunić, Slavo Lakić and Mustafa Šabić, decide today.
