Sarajevo Cantonal Court upholds two Sarajevo Municipal Court rulings finding that Fikret Muslimović, a former KOS senior official, one of the SDA ideologues and a former adviser to Bakir Izetbegović, made false allegations about Fahrudin Radončić in the book "Liars and Murderers" , whose author.

Muslimović is obliged to pay compensation to the president of SBB and to publish the mentioned verdicts in "Dnevni avaz" and "Oslobođenje".

Both the Cantonal and Municipal Courts concluded that the allegations made by Muslimović about Radončić in his book were untrue and that no evidence presented by the defendant Muslimović in the court proceedings confirmed the accuracy of his allegations.

We remind you that the president of SBB, Fahrudin Radončić, has already received four verdicts against SDA Senate member Fikret Muslimović, a former high-ranking officer of the aggressor KOS, who, in the interest of his SDA clients and former colleagues, has been trying to publicly disqualify and denigrate the president of SBB with false constructions, about which the final word, the verdicts in favor of Radončić, was said by the competent courts.
