Adoption of the Budget Framework Document is a good thing, but it is not good that the proposal to ensure financing of the elections by a special decision, in accordance with the law, was rejected again, said the Deputy Chair of the BiH Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bisera Turković after today's session.

According to her, the budget must and should be adopted in a regular democratic procedure.

- But the financing of the elections, at this moment, cannot wait. All deadlines have already been breached and we are entering the sphere of breaking the law if elections are not made possible. I am afraid that in this way things cannot function, and in fact the pressure and blackmail are increasing, and the whole state and citizens are being punished, all with the intention of achieving a political goal. It is clear to everyone that the basic democratic rights of citizens are being endangered, and the question is how long will the citizens tolerate this obstruction - says Turković.
