The President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC B&H) Halil Lagumdžija and the Director of the Secretariat of the HJPC B&H Admir Suljagić held an initial meeting with the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ranko Debevec and Acting Chief Prosecutor of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milanko Kajganić.
- The meeting was held in a positive atmosphere of good cooperation and mutual respect and during it they discussed priorities in the work of the Court of B&H and the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, efficient and quality processing of war crimes and organized crime and high-level corruption - the HJPC said.
They added that they also discussed organizing a joint meeting between the HJPC B&H, the Court of B&H and the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, as a continuation of the meetings held in the first half of the year, which would discuss coordination and cooperation in processing cases before these institutions.
- Bearing in mind that the focus of public interest is focused on efficient and quality work of judicial institutions at the level of B&H, the President of the HJPC B&H Lagumdžija stressed the need for meetings, such as today, between the HJPC B&H, the Court of B&H and the Prosecutor's Office on a quarterly basis and if there is an urgent need and on a daily basis - it is explained.
