The Court of B&H rejected the appeal of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H against the decision of this judicial institution to lift the prohibitive measures against the accused in the "Dženan Memić" case, the "Avaz" portal has learned. Defendants can now go where they want, without any police checks, and can leave their place of residence.

Muriz Memić, the father of the murdered Dženan, said in a statement for "Avaz" that it can be expected that some of the accused to try to escape from B&H.

- We can expect a lot from them, but it didn't surprise us much. It is important that there is a court case and we will see if they will run away. It is important that no one can stop the procedure. They thought that they would be able to, they asked for the incompetence of the Court of B&H. No one can stop this. The trial is going on, they are accused and I guess we will receive justice if they do not escape. We see what our organs are doing, anything is possible. We will see whether they will run away or not - said Memić.
