Vlado Adamović, the lawyer of Gordana Tadić, the chief state prosecutor, told for "Avaz" today that he would appeal on the decision of the Second Instance Commission of the HJPC, which relieves Tadić of her duties due to disciplinary violations.
Adamović says that the Second Instance Decision was only copied from the First Instance Commission of the HJPC, which is a lump sum.
- No explanation was given. We will complain. What follows is an appeal against the sanction to the HJPC and that is it. This is not a final decision. The final word will be given by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council in its full composition - says Adamović.
He told us that he was not aware of whether the decision of the Second Instance Commission was unanimous.
By the way, the members of the Second Instance Commission are Slavo Lakić, Mustafa Šabić and Sanin Bogunić.
