This morning, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment in the Dženan Memić case, in which the accused are Alisa Mutap, her father Zijad, police officers Hasan Dupovac and Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović, an employee of the Crystal Hotel in Ilidža.

Muriz Memić, the father of the murdered Dženan Memić, commented on this news for the "Avaz" portal.

- We received the news that the indictment has been confirmed, which shows how seriously the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of B&H are working. So, the indictment was confirmed for all five people, Zijad Mutap, Alisa Mutap, Hasan Dupovac, Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović. I would just like to add to this, the party that was in Hadžići, to blow the balloons of the Mutap family, was sweet, but it lasted for short peirod of time, because they can't celebrate, and Hasan Dupovac is hiding his helpers. Dupovac deliberately led the investigation in the wrong direction and they organized the group. We see, the group attacked Dženan, the group joined forces to cover it up, but here is the Court that made decision - said Memić.
