While Denis Prcić, director of the American University in Sarajevo, a person suspected of illegally issuing a diploma to Osman Mehmedagic, director of ISA, is playing backgammon in custody in Vojkovići, the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, which arrested and detained him, is busy working on the "Diploma" case, "Avaz" has learned.

The server that was found at the vacation home near Semizovac, and on which all the data on the registry books and student enrollments should be, was sent for expertise. Earlier, during the search of the University of Tuzla, it was determined that there was no evidence that Mehmedagić was ever a student of this higher education institution, and in order to cover up all traces, the arrested Prcić hid the documentation in the basement of the mentioned vacation home.

In addition, Osmica submitted the diploma, which was given to him by the detained Prcić, to the Commission for the Supervision of the Work of the ISA, all with the aim of remaining at the head of the secret service for another term. He is currently the head of ISA as a pensioner because it was determined that he acquired the conditions for retirement five months ago.

As the investigation expands, witnesses testify and documents on Mehmedagić's education are collected, numerous ambiguities and illogicalities come to light. For example, how and when Osmica enrolled in high school, more precisely the vocational school in Sarajevo in 1978. Namely, Mehmedagić finished three years at the Railway School with practical training in the railway workshop "Vaso Miskin Crni" in Sarajevo, which earned him the title of qualified electromechanic.

He received his diploma on June 16th, 1981. He enrolled in the first year in 1978. According to these documents, Mehmedagić, who was born in 1962, enrolled in the Railway School "Vaso Miskin Crni" in Sarajevo at the age of 16.

The question is how Osmica enrolled at the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo in 1994 with a completed vocational school, because he enrolled at the faculty without a certificate. In the enrollment form was written "Conditional enrollment". He justified that with the state of war.

It is interesting that Mehmedagić, with the annulled student report card, which he declared "lost" through the "Official Gazette", after all enrolled at the Faculty of Business Studies in Banja Luka, and with that diploma he was appointed as director of the Intelligence and Security Agency. Shortly afterwards, this diploma was annulled.

The Mehmedagić's grades during his education for electromechanic are also interesting, where it is clear that he was not a good student.

He finished first year modestly, with poor behavior and good grades. He was graded two in mathematics, three in chemistry and physics, and two in English.

He improved his grade point average because of Sports, and in this class he was graded four. In a way, he justified his status as SDA's Bruce Willis, as Bakir Izetbegović, Osmica's boss and friend, recently stated that during the large demonstrations of citizens in 2014, outraged by the decades-long rule of the Izetbegović dynasty, Osmica personally in Sarajevo "he put out the fire and calmed the protesters".

Mehmedagić was not a good student in the second and third year either.

He finished the second year modestly, with poor behavior and good grades as well, and he was awarded a deuce in practical classes.

He continued to struggle with mathematics and languages. He even received a lower grade in Sports class, only to improve his grades sharply in the third year and finish with very good success and appropriate behavior.
