The acting Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a motion to the Court of B&H to extend custody for another 30 days, for the suspected police officer Josip Barić, who is under investigation in the case of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H and refers to Dženan Memić's death in February 2016.
After the hearing, Muriz Memić and lawyer Ifet Feraget addressed the media.
Memić pointed out that he expects new arrests.
- We expect that to happen, they have solid evidence and it remains with the Prosecutor's Office. There should be new arrests, as far as I have learned so far. Not all are covered yet, not the main ones are covered.This is a message to Dalida Burzić, that I will never stop - said Memić.
He also commented on yesterday's threats.
- We'll see what happens next. The public got upset, I received over a thousand calls last night. He is in custody, I hope he will remain in custody until everything is resolved - said Memić.
