My father was without any reason, on the sidewalk in Sarajevo. The Cherokee jeep, which hit him on Stup, was driven by Zaim Kurspahić.

Nesad Džaferović said this in an exclusive confession for "Avaz".

Salko Džaferović was killed in a car accident on September 19th, 2013. in Sarajevo by Zaim Kurspahić, the father of the current Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor of B&H, Alena Kurspahić-Nadarević. Nesad Džaferović, eight years after his father's death, told "Avaz" that he has been fighting for justice for years. Unfortunately, to no avail. Zaim Kurspahić was not criminally liable.

Whence the traces of braking

- Zaim's daughter Alena Kurspahić-Nadarević is now the chief disciplinary prosecutor, and Dalida Burzić, the former chief cantonal prosecutor, is her good friend. I mentioned her everywhere, I mean Alena - Nesad reveals for "Avaz", talking about the reasons why an investigation into his father's death was not conducted.

The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, according to a matrix reminiscent of the case of covering up the murder of Dženan Memić, has been refusing to conduct an investigation against Zaim Kurspahić for years. Nesad says that the answer from the SC Prosecutor's Office, headed by Dalida Burzić, now a judge of the State Court, reached him in three sentences.

- Federal Prosecutor Dragan Stupar "criticized" them on several occasions. I have a complete correspondence, in which Prosecutor Stupar states that they did not conduct the investigation well, that is, that they did not conduct it properly, and sends them a letter to re-examine. In their response, they stated to me that there were no grounds for prosecuting Zaim Kurspahić, they stated that he had not taken a circulation pill, that he had lost consciousness at the moment. But he hit my father on the sidewalk. So it didn’t happen on the road, but on the sidewalk! Their allegations were refuted by the question of the prosecutor Stupar - where did the traces of braking come from? How can instantaneous loss of consciousness occur? How can one lose consciousness for a second or two and then gain it again immediately - asks Nesad Džaferović.

He also revealed to us that he reported everything to the Office for the Fight against Corruption of the Sarajevo Canton.

- I sent a letter to the Office for the Fight against Corruption, more precisely to Erduan Kafedžić. The man who answered me is called Damir. They replied that an independent body had been formed to investigate all allegations of non-investigation, ie the response from the SC Prosecutor's Office that there were no grounds for criminal prosecution. I am encouraged by the fact that Eric Larson is now an anti-corruption advisor in the Office - says Džaferović.

He wrote to the Prime Minister of SC

On the other hand, Džaferović has high hopes for the Prosecutor's Office of B&H. Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, after five years of obstruction by lower-level prosecutors, intensified the investigation into the murder of Dženan Memić from Sarajevo in the „Memić“ case, but also the murder of David Dragičević from Banja Luka in the „Dragičević“ case.

This is exactly what encourages Nesad, who, after eight years of cover-up, believes that Chief Prosecutor Tadić could launch an investigation into his father's murder. Nesad emphasizes that he also called Muriz Memić, the father of the murdered young man Dženan.

- So far, I have not contacted the State Prosecutor's Office. I see big changes happening. I will call, I have nothing more to lose - adds Nesad Džaferović.

He says that, after his father's death and the decision not to conduct an investigation, he wrote to everyone.

- I do not remember who the Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton and the Commissioner were at that time, but I also contacted them (the Prime Minister was Suad Zeljković from the SDA, and the Commissioner was Vahid Ćosić, also an SDA staff member, op. cit.). There was no answer. I am not asking for anything but court proceedings. If that cannot be assured to me, then this is not a state governed by the rule of law. I just want the rule of law. What did I fight for, to experience that no criminal proceedings were initiated because someone is someone's father? I want the investigation to be revised and criminal responsibility to be reached - Džaferović points out.

According to available information, Alena Kurspahić-Nadarević was actively assisted by the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency, Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, in the case of covering up and avoiding prosecuting her father. This also reveals the reason for the complete loyalty and servility of Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor Kurspahić-Nadarević to ISA Chief Mehmedagić and his political mentors in the action of overthrowing Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić and preventing the discovery of Dženan Memić's killers.

Key role

Kurspahić-Nadarević is part of the political-intelligence-judicial-prosecutor octopus. The key role in everything is played by Mehmedagić, who is also under numerous investigations by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, but also by unconfirmed and confirmed indictments before the Court of B&H.

In avoiding justice, covering up cases and removing traces of his illegal actions, but also the illegal actions of his people in the judicial community, Mehmedagić also makes extensive use of his friendship with the President of the Court of B&H, Ranko Debevec.

In return, Kurspahić-Nadarević, as the main disciplinary prosecutor, repaying the debts to the head of ISA,has been keeping in the drawer for more than a year, a thickly documented report against Debevec for hiding his identity, not declaring assets worth millions abroad in his property card, and legally inadmissible possession of dual citizenship of Spain and B&H.

Kafedžić: We have received the report, a team was formed

In a statement for "Avaz", the head of the Office, Erduan Kafedžić, confirmed that the Office for the Fight against Corruption of the Sarajevo Canton had received a report from Nesad Džaferović from Sarajevo.

- We act upon the report, we check the allegations. For each case, when we assess whose jurisdiction it is, we form a team to act on the case, and the same is in this case. We also have cooperation with the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of B&H, a decision will be made to appoint a person outside the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor (UDT) who will act on the report - Kafedžić explained to us.

What is the role of a good friend Dalida Burzić

Then Chief Prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, Dalida Burzić, and today a judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a good friend of Alena Kurspahic-Nadarevic, took an active part in covering up the murder of Salko Džaferović, as, according to Muriz Memić and the lawyer of the family Ifet Feraget, she worked for years in the case of the murder of Dženan Memić.

Namely, on November 9th, 2015., she spoke for the Faktor portal about the case of Salko Džaferović's death.

She said there is no evidence that in this case there is a cause-and-effect relationship between driver's behavior and pedestrian death!?

- According to the findings of the traffic expert, we determined that it is indisputable that the driver drove 20 kilometers per hour over the limit, but that speed is not the cause that the car flew over and ended up on the sidewalk in an incredible way - said Burzić.

In addition, the prosecutor adds, the traffic expert determined that the cause of the car's bounce was an uncontrolled step of the driver on one of the pedals and "this is weak evidence, which does not go to trial."

- We have determined that there is not enough evidence, based on the expert's findings, and that the speed higher by 20 kilometers per hour is not a reason why the driver would be charged. You have everyday injustices, which someone experiences more or less easily, and the profession is here to say the last word - concluded the then Chief Prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office Dalida Burzić.

Pressure to release Mutap and Dupovac

The pressure on Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić was motivated by the desire to release Zijad Mutap, the father of Alisa Mutap, who was with Dženan at the time of his murder, and police officer Hasan Dupovac. By releasing them, the organizers of the chase against prosecutor Tadić hope, the whole case of the investigation into the murder of young Dženan Memić would fall apart, and the perpetrators, the executors of the murder and those who help them not to answer for the crime, could be relieved.

How Alena progressed to the most powerful position in the B&H judiciary

Alena Kurspahić-Nadarević was the Deputy Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor in the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of B&H in 2013., at the time of the murder of Salko Džaferović, in which her father participated.

Since 2008., Alena Kurspahić has been performing the duties of a disciplinary prosecutor in the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the HJPC B&H.

By the decision of the HJPC B&H of 13th of June 2016., she was the acting Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor.

Previously, in the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of B&H, since 2011. she has been the Deputy Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor.

During the session held on April 1th2 and 13th, 2017. in Sarajevo, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of B&H made a decision on the appointment of Alena Kurspahić to the position of Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor of the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the HJPC B&H.

Avdo Avdić copied all the documents, but did not publish the story

Nesad Džaferović told our paper that half a year ago he carried documents to the journalist Avdo Avdić to publish the story. Avdić never did that.

- I sat with Avdić and gave him all the materials, one and a half year ago. He took all the materials, scanned something, copied it. But when the story was not published a man from Bugojno called me and said that he (Avdić, op. cit.) was with them, that he was good with Osmica (Osman Mehmedagić, op. cit.) - says Džaferović.
