Eric Nelson, the US Ambassador to B&H, met today with the President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), Bakir Izetbegović.

The US Embassy posted on their official Twitter account stating that Nelson emphasized to Izetbegović the urgent need for leaders to engage in a "meaningful dialogue".

The post also states that Nelson conveyed to Izetbegović the need to avoid the rhetoric of divisions, that it is necessary to take responsibility for advancing the reforms needed for the path to the European Union and for improving citizens' trust, including the 2021. election law reform.
