A mining accident occurred in the Breza mine today. As we were told, five miners were injured, one of whom was killed.

He was buried by the earth in the pit, while the other four passed just have minor injuries. They came out of the pit on their feet, while for the fifth, unfortunately, there was no rescue. Colleagues tried to pull him out, but he showed no signs of life. Mining inspectors and the Zenica – Doboj Canton Prosecutor's Office are on the spot, as well as the brothers of the injured miner.

Senad Sarajlić, executive director for production in EPB&H, told "Avaz" that they were informed of the accident and that the earth had fallen on the miners.
