Today, the Prosecutor's Office of B&H reacted to the writings of certain media in the Rok Snežić and others case.

The case against the citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and B&H (Rok Snežić and others), about which announcements were made on certain portals, almost a year ago, was handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of the Brčko District of B&H, it was said today from this judicial institution.

- In order to accurately inform and protect the integrity of the institution, we inform the public that the said case was on 30.01.2020., almost a year ago, was handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of the Brčko District of B&H, which is independent in its work. By presenting malicious constructions and untruths, an attempt is made to cause damage to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H. The Prosecutor's Office of B&H also informs the public that due to the recent publication of certain classified documents in this case, at the end of last year it formed a case in which checks will be performed - it is stated in the reaction of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.

By the way, the severe misinformation against the chief prosecutor Gordana Tadić was published by the yellow portal "Slobodna Bosna", which is directly connected to Osman Mehmedagić Osmica and the "Poljinski clan".

That is why it is not difficult to understand that in this case of fabricating the alleged scandal, Mehmedagić's direct revenge is hidden because several investigations are being conducted against him, as well as individuals from the top of the SDA.
