The Court of B&H has fully confirmed the indictment in the "Respirators" affair, in which the accused are Fadil Novalić, Prime Minister of FB&H, Fahrudin Solak, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration (FCPA), Fikret Hodžić, owner of "Srebrna malina" and Deputy Prime Minister of FB&H Jelka Milićević, it is confirmed for "Avaz" from the Prosecutor's Office.
We remind you that on December 21st, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina returned the indictment to the Prosecutor's Office for revision in order to "fix" certain shortcomings and it was a point related to the procurement of protective equipment worth 2,900,000 KM for the needs of the fight against coronavirus in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period immediately after the declaration of the accident, which the Prosecutor's Office did and corrected deficiencies.
After several months of investigation, the Prosecutor's Office of B&H filed the indictment on December 4th, and then sent it to the Court for confirmation.
