The Court of B&H returned the indictment to the Prosecutor's Office for further processing in the "Respirators" affair, in which the accused are Fadil Novalić, Prime Minister of FB&H, Fahrudin Solak, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration (FCPA), Fikret Hodžić, owner of "Srebrna Malina" and Deputy Prime Minister of FB&H Jelka Milićević, it was confirmed for "Avaz".
After several months of investigation, the Prosecutor's Office of B&H filed the indictment on December 4th, and then sent it to the Court for confirmation, which now considers that it must be finalized.
- After the consultation, the judge for the preliminary hearing, today on December 21st, 2020. returned the indictment in the criminal case of Fadil Novalić and others to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina - the Court of B&H told "Avaz".
We learn that the indictment was returned for processing in the point relating to the procurement of protective equipment in the amount of 2,900,000 KM for the needs of the fight against coronavirus in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the time immediately after the declaration of the accident.
As they announced earlier, these are masks and gloves, which were offered by Fikret Hodžić, the owner of "Srebrna Malina", to the Federal Civil Protection Administration for the stated amount.
The indictment was returned only for this point, and these ambiguities will soon be removed - it was said unofficially for "Avaz" from the Prosecutor's Office.
These four are accused of procuring respirators worth 10.5 million KM, and so far, the Court has had no objections.
